I am very excited to announce that this year my colleague and experienced Gestalt practitioner Irene Dungey and I will be running a series of couples workshops in Sydney.
In these one-day workshops, we will be providing training for couples in how to create the relationship you have always desired.
The workshops will be based on the latest research on relationships. We have taken some of the latest learnings and research from John Gottman, Harville Hendrix and modern day Gestalt therapy theory. We have created a workshop that will be educational, interesting, stimulating and fun.
The workshops will be psycho-educational and not therapeutic, however, it is likely that you will experience therapeutic outcomes from participating in the workshop. There will be a combination of lecture-style learning about the elements of creating and sustaining a successful relationship as well as many experiential exercises, so that you can practice with your partner.
All experiential work will be done in diads with your partner to preserve the intimacy and privacy of your relationship. We hope that you may be interested in joining us on one of these thought-provoking and stimulating days this year.
