I recently had the honour of writing for Her Business blog on the topic of workplace relationships.
Her Business is the leading online resource for women business owners and entrepreneurs in Australia. So this was a great opportunity to write about something I’m passionate about (relationships!), but from the perspective of how workplace relationships are affected by your communication style.
In my work, I hear about so many unhealthy workplaces where people are unhappy and dissatisfied. And communication issues are often central to workplace problems.
