No. Technology and video conferencing has come so far that it now typically feels the same as sitting in the room with your therapist. The video streaming and picture quality are generally so high that there is really no lag in the interaction with your therapist.

Yes! Couples therapy can be just as effective as meeting in-person. This is particularly valuable for couples who want to work with Clinton but can’t get to our Sydney office.

Yes! We use Zoom, which is a safe and secure video conferencing platform that encrypts the video between the users. Your counselling session is 100% confidential and cannot be seen or accessed by anyone other than the therapist and the clients in the meeting.

To join online therapy, you only need a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or Smartphone with a good internet/WiFi connection.

If you can watch YouTube videos or stream Netflix on your device without an issue, you will have no problem engaging in online therapy.

The process of setting up an online therapy appointment is quick and easy.

  1. Call us on +61 2 8968 9323 or send us a message through our Contact page.
  2. We will book you an appointment with Clinton at his earliest availability.
  3. Clinton will call you to briefly speak with you before your appointment.
  4. We will confirm your booking and send you an email confirmation and paperwork for the first session, along with your meeting link.
  5. You send your completed paperwork back before the first meeting.
  6. You click the meeting link at the time of your meeting and join Clinton in his secure meeting room.
