There is no reporting of the content of your sessions back to your workplace or managers.

For Employees with Employer Approval:

If you are an employee and have received approval for EAP sessions funded by your employer, you can easily book a session through my online appointment scheduler. Appointments are available both for in-person sessions at my Byron Bay office and for online sessions via Zoom, offering flexibility to suit your schedule and preferences.

Confidentiality Assurance

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of my practice. Please rest assured that all sessions remain completely confidential. I do not report back to employers or any third parties about the content or nature of our sessions. My commitment is to provide you with a safe, private space to discuss and work through your challenges openly and without concern.

The EAP Counselling Process

2. Creating a Treatment Plan:

•  Based on our initial assessment, I will develop a tailored treatment plan. This plan will outline the proposed sessions and their frequency, all customised to address your specific concerns and goals best.

3. Ongoing Counselling:

• Subsequent sessions will follow the treatment plan, focusing on helping you navigate and overcome your challenges. Throughout the process, the plan can be adjusted to ensure it remains aligned with your evolving needs and progress.

4. Support and Growth:

• My role is to provide you with support, insights, and strategies to foster personal and professional growth. As your counsellor, I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey towards better mental health and well-being.
